Goodbye summer 2025

Hello dear friends,

Greetings to all of you who are going back to schools, or who have kids going back to schools tomorrow! Summer was too short, and here in Latvia, there was no proper summer at all this year. Just rainy autumn for the most of the time.

Here I am, writing to you to the latest news. I have released 3 new singles from my upcoming album, and there is one more – the last one expected in September. And then the long waited album “Lightkeeper” is here – on October 3rd.

Singles:

  • “Remnant” – you can listen here
  • “Eyes, the Damp Place” – here
  • “Gratitude” – here

I thought it would be a great idea to make “Lightkeeper” t-shirts, so I did. Then we made a photoshoot in our construction site and the pictures turned out really great. I am very thankful to everyone who has already purchased a copy of “Lightkeeper” T-shirt. 🫶 They are available in two colors – anthracite (like in the photo) and vintage white. Order your copy here.

And the last news is that I will be playing one last concert this year – it’s September 13th in Kuldīga, Latvia – I am participating in an annual festival Kuldiga Piano which is a wonderful celebration of piano and its players. I hope to see you there!

And there is something else – I am quite sure this will be my last concert, not only this year, but for a longer while. I will step aside from the concert life, and maybe in some other post I will tell more details about this decision.

That’s all for now, I am going to make pancakes now as it’s Sunday, and will patiently wait for my new vinyls to arrive. Hope you all have blessed autumn, and as I always, I would be very happy to connect – so please do not hesitate to write, comment and chat with me.

With Love, Aija
